The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you") with Sew Suzie or "we"

By using this website and or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms without prior notice to you.

Ordering

You must be over the age of eighteen to place an order.

Postage

There is an addional charge to shopping cart totals to cover postage costs.
If you are in the UK it is £3.00 or if you are outside of the UK it is £5.00.

Payment

All payments are processed through PayPal. For further information on Paypal please click here

Returning items

If you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with any item you can return it to Sew Suzie, provided that all items have been kept in the condition they were sent to you in and have not been worn. In particular, this means that the item or items must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that any labels or tags are still intact. Please return the item or items within 28 days of receiving them. The cost of return postage to Sew Suzie will not be refunded but the cost that you paid for the item will be.

Ownership of rights

All rights, including copyrights at Sew Suzie online remain with Sew Suzie. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Sew Suzie.
